Originally a 1950's house that had previously been converted into a duplex, the client sought open living and a new pool without sacrificing space in the back yard.

The original house was demolished allowing the block to be excavated to achieve a level entrance from the curb side.

The new home features heated, polished concrete on the ground floor, leading to four expansive bedrooms and two bathrooms. Engineered hardwood stairs lead up to the light-filled open living space on the first floor where custom-milled blackbutt cladding, flooring and outdoor decking are complimented by a selection of quality tiles, fixtures and fittings.

The outdoor deck leads to a heated concrete pool with custom colour glass bead interior and a large, family-oriented backyard area.
